We are seeking a Business Development Manager with strong solution selling experience to play a key role in selling our sales development and transformation solutions into clients across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in selling consultancy led solutions, bespoke training or professional services.  As a bright, driven and technically minded individual, you will play an important role in proactively identifying prospects, generating new opportunities and managing them through the pipeline to close.

 Your role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Define and build a sales strategy that will achieve the organisations revenue objectives
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to point of sale and account management
  • Collaborate with the development team to build customised solutions for our clients
  • Offer a consultative-driven, strategic sales approach to foster long-term, profitable relationships.
  • Contribute to the thought leadership of the organisation in determining the difference between Good and Great sales organisations.

Desired Skills and Experience

You are degree educated with over 3 years experience of working in a solution sales role. This experience will include significant new business sales success. Most importantly of all, you will be bright and determined to succeed in your sales career.

We are seeking a professional sales coach to support in the delivery and rollout of our large scale sales transformation programmes. We have high standards about the people we allow to coach and work with our clients. Each of our people are highly competent and dynamic, have an extensive track record  in delivering behaviour change, building high performing teams and demonstrating considerable return on investment. Our Salecologists love watching and working with sales related people, spot opportunities to grow, and developing individuals to be the best. 

This role will come with training and development to enable the candidate to become a fully qualified Salecologist. Over time it is expected the candidate to become a Master Salecologist.

The Role:

  • Support and facilitate the design and development of Salecology programmes to meet the needs of the clients
  • Participate in in-depth analysis of clients selling environments, either vis telephone or face to face.
  • Facilitate classroom and virtual classroom sales and management training
  • Provide Real-Time coaching to participants
  • Support the rollout and embedding an of all training and transformation programmes
  • Support and create content for the training platforms
  • Work closely with sales, project and delivery teams to deliver high impact programmes.


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Graduate degree and/or extensive experience selling and leading sales organizations.
  • Experience in a wide range of B2B or B2C selling environments.
  • Experience presenting and facilitating in classroom and virtual environments.
  • Capacity to incorporate personal, real-world stories into the curriculum.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
  • Comfort with facilitation technologies (e.g., powerpoint, projectors, etc.).
  • Experience at the Senior/Executive level leading a sales team is highly preferred
  • Background in psychometrics and/or Neuro-lingusitics would be advantageous

MARKETING MANAGER (Full Time / Part Time / Job Share)

Team up with our Salecologists, Product designers and Sales team as their Marketing Specialist to build, drive and shape our marketing strategy. This is both a thinking and doing position so an entrepreneurial flair combined with a 'lets do it' attitude will be a must.  In this varied role you will manage the day to day tasks of building and delivering comms plans,  web content, optimising copy and managing social media -  Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook.   The role also takes a lead on formulating digital marketing strategy and spearheading campaigns to drive attendance on events and specialist workshops. A background in B2B & B2C marketing is essential for the role, as well as a full understanding of digital marketing activities.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities

  • Planning and Executing Campaigns (B2B)
  • Implementing the online strategy
  • Optimizing content for the website
  • Engaging with the public through social media (B2C)
  • Creating content for email marketing campaigns
  • Feedback/analytics with the goal to improve response/conversion rates

Fundraising & Bid Manager

Impact Business Partners are looking at rapid expansion across the UK, and Internationally, in a number of different business areas, this includes our Salecology proposition as well as a few new and exciting business areas, some of which will be charitable / non-profit areas.

To support us in this expansion we need help in building and defining our fundraising and investment strategy, identifying and accessing grants, trusts and contracts, as well as submitting and winning tenders. The fundraising and Bid manager will also support in finding potential investors into the business.
