We are seeking a Business Development Manager with strong solution selling experience to play a key role in selling our sales development and transformation solutions into clients across the UK.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in selling consultancy led solutions, bespoke training or professional services. As a bright, driven and technically minded individual, you will play an important role in proactively identifying prospects, generating new opportunities and managing them through the pipeline to close.

Desired Skills and Experience
You are degree educated with over 3 years experience of working in a solution sales role. This experience will include significant new business sales success. You will find it easy to engage with people thanks to your personality, strength of character and excellent listening skills. You will have strong negotiation and persuasion skills and the ability to build strong working relationships. Most importantly of all, you will be bright and determined to succeed in your sales career.
We are seeking a professional sales coach to support in the delivery and rollout of our large scale sales transformation programmes. Each of our people are highly competent and dynamic, have an extensive track record in delivering behaviour change, building high performing teams and demonstrating considerable return on investment. Our Salecologists love watching and working with sales related people, spot opportunities to grow, and developing individuals to be the best.
This role will come with training and development to enable the candidate to become a fully qualified Salecologist. Over time it is expected the candidate to become a Master Salecologist.

Team up with our Salecologists, Product designers and Sales team as their Marketing Specialist to build, drive and shape our marketing strategy. This is both a thinking and doing position so an entrepreneurial flair combined with a 'lets do it' attitude will be a must. In this varied role you will manage the day to day tasks of building and delivering comms plans, web content, optimising copy and managing social media - Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook. The role also takes a lead on formulating digital marketing strategy and spearheading campaigns to drive attendance on events and specialist workshops. A background in B2B & B2C marketing is essential for the role, as well as a full understanding of digital marketing activities.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities
Impact Business Partners are looking at rapid expansion across the UK, and Internationally, in a number of different business areas, this includes our Salecology proposition as well as a few new and exciting business areas, some of which will be charitable / non-profit areas.
To support us in this expansion we need help in building and defining our fundraising and investment strategy, identifying and accessing grants, trusts and contracts, as well as submitting and winning tenders. The fundraising and Bid manager will also support in finding potential investors into the business.
