Everyone at Impact Business Partners are dedicated to support the local community around them. Our central focus is always to help others to help themselves.  Our Caring with Impact programmes  fall into 2 categories:

Impacting small business

IBP passionately believe every business has the opportunity to be great. Large, multinational, organisations can hire the best people and top talent to help them grow. Often they turn to IBP for support and development of their sales and strategy. IBP we want small and medium sized businesses to have the same opportunity to have highly experienced individuals as part of their senior management team to help guide and drive the business to achieve its goals. Understanding that firms within the SME sector cannot often afford to employ such high calibre individuals we offer firms in our community the same support as part of our Cares programmes. These include 2 propositions:

• Business Support Programme (BSP)
• Business Consulting /Development Project Management (BCP)

These services are designed to place top talented individuals who are skilled at working across all industries and sectors to support the business in accelerating their growth and potential.

Impacting People's Lives

We also like to help people who are helping themselves. All too often those people who are working the hardest to make ends meet end up, keep quiet and keep working, and suffer in silence.  At IBP we want to help them either through education, either for themselves or their families, or to provide them some support on the things they are working hard for. Throughout each year, IBP teams or individuals can use their time to provide support or raise funds to help others in the community.

COVID-19 - Support

Humanity is facing a new and growing threat. With each passing day, the COVID-19 virus manages to infect more and more people indiscriminately: old and young, men and women, and people of all socio-economic backgrounds and ethnicities.  For those of us that are lucky enough not to get infected physically with the virus, many of us are being mentally impacted.

This is why we at Salecology has partnered with The People Connect to bring this booklet on dealing with Social Distancing. The booklet will help you and our loved ones find ways to build personal resilience to maintain your personal productivity. 

The People Connect is a start-up organisation of change-makers and social unifiers, that are committed to connecting people globally to find local solutions for global issues like COVID-19 and share the solutions, the conversations, resources and tools.

IBP  will be donating a portion of their proceeds from the sale of their programs and services over the next four weeks to The People Connect to provide urgently needed essential cre packages which include personal hygiene items, toiletries and healthy snacks to vulnerable communities in North America and the UK.
